Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Sweet Stuff ships to addresses within Mumbai and charges freight charges for outstation deliveries

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Sweet Stuff is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Sweet Stuff is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please check the product before you accept it.

No product will be accepted back after accepted by the customer.

• We have our own private logistics and no intimations will be given prior to delivery.
• Since they are temperature-controlled products our delivery person will not leave it unattended, if you aren’t there at your residence please inform prior.
• Once the product is delivered we do not take returns due to the perishable nature of it.
• We request your staff to inform you to your delivery before you contact our team

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside India

Sweet Stuff aims to maintain the temperature of the products upon delivery via dry ice. The dry ice is not suitable for consumption and should be handled with care by adults. Sweet Stuff will not be liable for any injuries or burns with the dry ice, since it is a substance used to temperature control the products.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
