1. Mulwarra Lamb Promotion at Taj Lands End 2018
Taj Lands End Mumbai, India with Chef Mike Tafe
In November 2018, Mulwarra Export chef Mike Tafe in liaison with Taj Executive Chef Anirudhya Roy and Executive Sous Chef Gaurav Tandon showcased Mulwarra Victorian Lamb from the green pastures of South Eastern Australia in a “from pasture to plate” theme.
The team constructed several “Lamb only” menus, bringing bursts of flavour from Australia by showcasing the versatility, essence and the taste of Mulwarra Lamb.
Desserts included
LAMBington (a frozen Coconut / Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwich in the shape of a LAMB Cutlet
Bollywood Pavlova with a sensory overload of flavours, colours and textures

2. Mulwarra Lamb promotion at Foodhall Mumbai
Foodhall hosted a a cooking demonstration on the17th of January,2018 featuring Australian produce presented by celebrity Chef, Vicky Ratnani.
The whole event was organised by the Australian consulate in honor of the visit of Australian Assistant Minister of Trade, Tourism and Investment, Mr Mark Coulton.
Chef showcased the Mulwarra lamb in a series of demonstrations through it.






4. Taste of America – Cooking demonstration at Foodhall Mumbai
The delightful and versatile American turkey can become a delicious festive meal. We were honored to collaborate for a cooking demonstration, featuring Chef Boo Kim and the U.S Counsel General of India, Mr. David Ranz.
Some classic American dishes such as – duck confit salad, roast turkey and blueberry pie were demonstrated, using signature American ingredients from Taste of America.
We look forward to many more collaborations with Food Hall India and Food Hall Cookery Studio, as we extend our gratitude to USDA and US Consulate General Mumbai.
4. Mulwarra Lamb showcase
Throwback to this wonderful showcase organized by Chef Sebastian, owner of Lava Salt and founder of ROAK Melbourne, Australia. Featured in this showcase is the perfectly frenched Mulwarra Lamb Rack, to make your taste buds tingle.
