INGREDIENTS
- 4 Duck Legs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS
If frozen, defrost legs in refrigerator overnight.
Season the Duck Legs
Season legs with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Cooking the Duck Legs
- Grill Duck Legs for 10 min skin side down over medium heat. Watch closely for flare ups.
- Flip and grill meat side down on the lowest possible heat setting. Indirect heat or indirect from the flame is best. Watch closely for flare ups.
- Cook for about 30 minutes overall and ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 185 degrees F when done.
