  • 4 Duck Legs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper


If frozen, defrost legs in refrigerator overnight.

Season the Duck Legs

Season legs with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.

Cooking the Duck Legs

  • Grill Duck Legs for 10 min skin side down over medium heat. Watch closely for flare ups.
  • Flip and grill meat side down on the lowest possible heat setting. Indirect heat or indirect from the flame is best. Watch closely for flare ups.
  • Cook for about 30 minutes overall and ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 185 degrees F when done.
