This Sashimi grade Tuna is available as Chuturo (Chutoro is a fatty cut of tuna from the belly and loin )/Akami(Akami is next to the dorsal fin, which gives this part of the fish an intense red colour, due to its lower levels of fat than other parts of the fish.) Otoro (Otoro is the belly cut the Blue fin tuna featuring intense fat marbling resulting in a rich, melt-in-your-mouth buttery flavor and tenderness not found with any other fish)
